You're not of this world. The world could be in confusion but you can be in clarity and blessing. The world could be in darkness but you could be in light. The world could be impoverished but you can be in the blessing or increase, because you're in a different rule. So what matters to you is what in God's heart for you.
So this is what happens - we spend so much time looking at the situations and looking and comparing ourselves with the world, what's going on with the world, when the only thing we need to know is what's going on with God. So if God appointed this time to bless you or lift you up or increase you, heal or restore you, then that's the rulership that you need to cling to and be under, that's what you need to align your heart and begin to receive through the walk of faith - your season under your heavenly rulership. You don't need the world to get better for you to get blessed. You only needed to be in the heart of God for this hour for you. You don't need the world to be in a place for God to do something for you. All you need to be is what is in God's heart for you. Example - you have gone through the wilderness. Now, when you're going through the wilderness, how many people did you know for sure were doing well - stock market was well, people around you were well, were buying houses, getting married, moving on and prospering - that was happening in the world. But what was in God's heart for you was not that time, but the examination, testing, trial, the proving of your faith to the point where you're looking around like Lord, what is going on? Everybody around me, they're doing well. In the world, it's happening for them but for me it's like ??? And no matter what you tried to do, it seemed like you couldn't quite get up or grab hold of what they had hold up. Why? Because you're under a different rule. It didn't matter what was going on in the world. It only mattered what was happening in God's heart for you. So what makes you think that in a time where now the gross darkness is on upon the earth and upon the people that this is not the time for God's glory to rise upon you. BECAUSE YOU'RE IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF THIS WORLD. Because the world can be under curse, you can be under blessing. This is the benefit of being in the world and not of the world. It's always under a higher rule.
This is why Jesus told His disciples, "In this world, you will have tribulations but be of good cheer, because I have already overcome the world." BE OF GOOD CHEER, BECAUSE THE TRIBULATION WILL NOT HAVE RULE OVER YOU. What we tend to think is that the difficulties have rule over us / were oppressed by difficulties. Jesus was always under the rule of the Father. That's why the Romans couldn't stop His assignment, nor the waves and winds, sickness, death couldn't stop Him because He's under the rule of another.
Stop allowing things to have power over us that have no power over us. Because that have no power over us, because we're under the rule of another - under the rule of Jesus Christ.
When Jesus was being examined by Pilate, Pilate was like "Don't you know I got power" and Jesus said, "You couldn't have no power over Me unless it was give to you. And you've only been given this power so that I could fulfill all scriptures."
What He's saying is - it's going to be one way for the world, but it's going to be another way for you. Being under heaven's rule - it creates a distinction - between you and the world. The glory that the Lord is rising upon you is gonna have people look and say, "Why are you not going through what I'm going through? Why don't your life look like my life?" And it's going to cause them to stop and focus on you and turn their attention to you and say, "Why is your life not like my life, Why?" Because the glory is making the distinction.
Lord says this, "This is how My power's gonna be shown. It's through you."
That's why we go through the fire so your character can match your promotion. Addressing the heart issues, addressing the minds- the way we think, cultivating us into a lifestyle of being justified because the just shall live by faith. God does not call you into a place that He doesn't want you to have success in or that He doesn't want you to have rule in. You're a king and a priest. But after what order? What kind of king will you be in a time of promotion? That's what the fire examines, all that it purifies.
Be who God says you should be, because that creates a power dynamic. Don't only want what God has for you. Be who God called you to be.
