10/9/2020 God's goodness: The next move of God in your Life (Prophetic Drive Time)

When Christ comes, He doesn't give you what you deserve, He gives you what He deserves.
Religion puts you at the forefront, grace puts Christ at the forefront because that's where the Father is revealed, in the Son.

Not everyone will like the goodness that God is pouring in your life, but you need to understand your part as a vessel, because it's not about them being comfortable, but are you willing to reflect God?

They've been hearing the Pharisees for so long, but for the first time, they've seen the face of God through Jesus. Will you allow somebody to see the face of God through you, and to see that God is different than what everybody said He was? You cannot structure your availability to God based upon whether or not a Pharisee is going to approve, because they don't approve when Jesus was about doing what? Doing good. When He was healing on a Sabbath, they had something to say, "There's six other days where you could be doing this work, why you got to do this this way?" Coming to make it seem like the goodness that God is pouring out on you is somehow not biblical. They're gonna have something to say.

You can't discern the scriptures if you can't discern the heart of God, because He's the Author. The Word of God is alive. It's Spirit and it's life, and some people can't get beyond the letters, so they can't see the life breathing out from the scripture.

If you have the spirit of religion, all you've got is the letter but you don't have the Spirit, and what's dangerous about that is because these are the same ones organized to persecute Christ, because the spirit of religion will always tell you that God is not really that good- don't worry about God's goodness, you just worry about you.

Those who are called, chosen and they were warned. Beware of this because this will get inside your heart, and it'll blind you to Me. You'll forget about who I am, how I move, and it'll put you off because it's a very powerful thing because it's rooted in the flesh, and the flesh has a very powerful pull on man, and so why's the spirit of religion so successful because it emanates from the flesh, and it preys on the flesh. It's derived or contrived for the flesh, so you get people who are in the flesh, they can identify with it all day, because it makes sense. Why? Because the love of God makes no sense at all. It goes beyond what you can ask or think. God's love is crazy. You can't readily just process His goodness or His love, because if you could, many of you will be walking in the abundance of God right now. Some of you, your only limitation is your revelation.

Try going to God and thank Him for Jesus. When you want to see the Father light up, talk about His Son, because the Father acknowledges the sacrifice that it was for Him to send His only Son for you because He loves you so much. You make it seem like the Father didn't love Jesus at all, like He sent you something scrap or something. That's how we treat Jesus, like the Lord sent us some scraps like He didn't send us nothing valuable. And if we honor Christ properly, many of us wouldn't be in a situation that we're in right now. If you understand the value of Christ, you would never falter asking the Lord or believing the Lord for anything else good.

The Bible declares how will He not through Him freely give us... what? Some things? No. It says, ALL THINGS. Because He said He already gave His best. That doesn't mean we have no responsibility. The Lord established things on a system of sowing and reaping. You sow sparingly, you shall reap sparingly. And there are things the Lord requires us to do to adequately reflect Him in the systems of heaven but it's not in the sense that we don't already have everything. You sow what it is that you have and it's going to increase and come back to you. I sow because I'm blessed so I sow love; forgiveness, because I've been forgiven.

Not only a frustration that will occur when people see the Lord just being good to you, some people are going to be upset, this is how it worked- "why are you so angry, because I forgave her, healed him, and all the good I'm doing for My people?" They wanted to kill Lazarus. Why? Because He raised him from the dead, and people begin to see the Lord for who He was, and they started to believe and they were like, "We got to kill Lazarus because the whole world is upside down. The whole world is going after Him, so why don't we kill what He brought to life. Why don't we kill the good work that He's done." Was it an evil thing that the Lord did- raising Lazarus from the dead? Did He give Lazarus some sickness?

Your testimony is going to mean something to somebody. What woman with the issue of blood you're going to come across? But when they see what the Lord has done in your life, you're going to inspire someone. Currently, how does your life inspire people to go to God? If somebody was to look at your life, how would they approach Christ, based upon their encounter with you? What kind of confidence or how would people approach Christ after talking and dealing with you? Would they say, "Well, I hope the Lord..." "I don't really know if Jesus is the way" "I hope the Lord can do it." or will they be the type "Based upon what I just heard from them and seeing Jesus doing in their life, all I got to do is just touch the hem." That's the significance of bearing fruit. Your fruit is going to tell people. It's either going to show, teach, or reveal to people how to interact with Christ. So after interacting with you, will they be confident to go to God to be like, "My God is a healer. My God is a provider. My God will do it."

When your eyes open, you saw God on another level then your potential to receive from God is enhanced by what you see in God. Your potential to receive from God is always affected by what you see in God. The fact that she saw, that all she needed is to touch the hem of His garment, and she will be whole, guess what happened? Because she see it in Him, it happened for her. Everybody touching Christ but not everybody getting from Christ. What I see in Him, when I touch Him, is coming with me.
