8/11/2020 Because He loves you & because He's good (Prophetic Drive Time)

 Reasons why God blesses us:

1) To be a blessing

2) To show His power in the earth / for us to be examples

3) He loves us and He's good

* You don't need an excuse for God to bless you.

* He'll bless you because He loves you. 

* Some people get in line for the blessing but doesn't know that God will do it for them simply because He loves us. Then they add qualifiers / add criteria to qualify for the blessing - What God is doing for you has nothing to do with the qualifiers you impose - example: "Lord, if you bless me, then I'll be a blessing"

It's a false narrative - these can be delaying tactics. Bible says, the Lord gives freely and God is blessing you to be a blessing. God establishes the criteria, not us! God wants to impart His generosity to you by what He does to you.

* It's important for us not to have pretenses. This is not something we contrive. 

* God will do it because He loves you and He is good. NO QUALIFICATIONS ADDED.

* The Lord gives us richly all things freely to enjoy 

* He'll give it to you because of who He is!!!

* Anything God does for us, the most significant thing about that is US SEEING HIM ❤❤❤ 

* It's often difficult to get certain things from the Lord with pretenses, why? - because if He rewards your false pretense then you don't see Him. Because you'll be under the impression that the false pretense was the manner in which you've successfully received something from the Lord. But when you get rid of those false pretenses, not to say that when God blesses you, you won't be a blessing or anything like that, but you don't need to bring that to God. Remember He is your heavenly Father who loves you and who is good. You come to Him based upon that.

The best way to get a blessing from God, is not based upon you, it's based upon HIM.

Don't get me wrong - there are rewards and blessings for the faithful.

And when God blesses you, the spirit of generosity that will touch your life is what's going to cause you to freely give because you're going to be able to see God. 

* False pretenses blind you from seeing God. Ask the Pharisees, they were there when Jesus was doing all of the miracles, yet still they couldn't see Him.

* Lord, bless me because You love me and because You're good, because of Jesus. Take yourself out of the equation. 

* It's not what God's gonna do for you, but what God is gonna do to you. Some of you are about to open your eyes and really see God clearly, in a different way.

What you're going to find out is your greatest treasure. Right now, you think your greatest need is that rent or this situation or this increase or this money -  that is a need, but not your greatest need. Your greatest need is to see clearly. And so what God does for you, is going to do the most important thing for you. It's going to help you navigate life.

* This is why your prayers aren't being answered - because what you've been telling God is "Now Lord, I qualify for the blessing because I plan to do this or that, now I qualify for the blessing." When the Lord says to you, JESUS QUALIFIED FOR THE BLESSING. It's a spiritual truth, that we're already blessed in Christ and you didn't set the qualifications but Jesus did. 

* You're already blessed in Christ.

* So the Lord is doing, He is removing that "wasn't Him" because if you believe God is blessing you because of that thing that you instituted, now you qualify - "Lord, You do this." Those bargaining chips or the way you structured your requests like a business proposal.

 

* Remember, when the enemy wants to complicate a matter between you and God, he introduces you. When God wants to remedy a situation between you and Him, He introduces Jesus ❤ 

Remember that key because it's going to apply to different aspects of your life. 

When the enemy wants to disrupt you between God, he introduces you. Check the fall of man. They were just doing well with God, then here comes the awakening of self. They became aware of themselves and they died. And when God wants to remedy what's been broken between you and Him, He introduces Jesus. 

* So Lord bless me because of Jesus ❤

These are all truths that manifest God's glory in your life and allow you to see even more of Him. 

* When you make prayers with pretenses, you have this sense of emptiness. You can already feel that there's a sense of unfulfillment. There's a lack of fulfillment that happens, that's because it's a sign that there will not be a natural fulfillment. But when you pray according to truth, according to the spirit, once you get those receipts or those fulfillment, then you'll know that or that's the receipt that your prayers been heard and not only that, but God is going to do it. It's going to take you to an amazing place with God.

It's gonna make in your heart. It's gonna awaken that nature in you to actually be good, because you're gonna realize that my God is good to me and so it awakens my goodness to be good to my brothers and sisters just like realizing how much I'm loved by God awakens my love for me to be able to love my neighbor.
