2 Timothy 1:6
Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands
Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands
It's in you. For the land that you're taking, what you're facing, it's in you. But you got to stir it up.
Sometimes we don't understand. We were looking for the outside remedy or resources to flood in, but your greatest resource comes from within. The Lord say you gotta stir it up. You got more than what you think, within what you realize but you gotta stir it up. There is a gift that has been imparted to you, some of you. God has touched you personally.
You're looking at the situation before you. Stir it up. You gotta be in commune with it. You gotta begin to speak to it. It's a gift that has to be kindled. You have to understand that there's so much more in you. Start by acknowledging what's in there. Having a sincere faith as the beginning of how you begin to access it. Greatness is in there. Outside things won't change until you begin to partner with the word of change.
It takes faith to stir it up because when God says go, you'll go. Without sincere faith, when the Lord says "go" to you, that "go" will cause more problems than your wait did. That "go" will trouble you. Because your faith wasn't sincere when the Lord says "Go", you're stuck, you can't move and that's because you have a little bit of your own life in your hands. You're still holding on to a little bit of yourself, "but what if", "I gonna protect myself" "I want to save myself"
The safest place for you always is going to be exactly where God prepared for you to be.
